For me, La Catedral is one of the most beautiful guitar compositions. It was written by Paraguayan composer Agustín Barrios Mangoré (1885-1944). This piece consists of three movements. I made an arrangement of the first movement Preludio saudade, which means a prelude of "saudade" - a feeling in portugese which could be described as a feeling of longing, melancholy, or nostalgia.
